107 Application of Part
(1)
This Part applies to—
(a)
the transport of a placard load; and
(b)
the transport of a load that contains dangerous goods that is not a placard load if the load contains dangerous goods of UN Division 2.3, UN Class 6 or UN Class 8, or dangerous goods of Subsidiary Hazard 6.1 or 8, that are being, or are to be, transported with food or food packaging.
(2)
This Part does not apply to dangerous goods packed in limited quantities.
