129 Prime contractors
A prime contractor must ensure that a person does not drive a road vehicle used by the prime contractor to transport dangerous goods unless—
(a)
the person has been given transport documentation for the goods; and
(b)
the transport documentation is located in the vehicle in accordance with section 11.1.4 of the ADG Code.
- In the case of a natural person, 18 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 90 penalty units.
