Owners

In force

The owner of a road vehicle must not use the road vehicle, or permit the road vehicle to be used, to transport a placard load if the road vehicle is not equipped with—

(a)

fire extinguishers and portable warning devices that comply with Part 12 of the ADG Code; and

(b)

any other equipment required under that Part.

In the case of a natural person, 35 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 175 penalty units.
