146 Rail operators
If a train transporting a placard load fails or is otherwise immobilised, the rail operator must, as soon as practicable, take all appropriate steps to ensure that a dangerous situation does not arise.
- In the case of a natural person, 18 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 90 penalty units.

Dangerous situation is defined in regulation 5.
