152D Road tank vehicle equipped with burner
A prime contractor must not direct or induce the driver of a road vehicle that is transporting a placard load and that is equipped with a burner to operate the burner to heat the load, or permit it to be operated, except in accordance with Part 13 of the ADG Code.
Penalty: 35 penalty units.
