170 Amendment and revocation of exemptions and conditions
The Authority may revoke an exemption if—
the Authority is satisfied that a condition to which the exemption is subject has not been complied with; or
the Authority is no longer satisfied of the matters referred to in regulation 169(2).
The Authority may amend or revoke conditions to which an exemption is subject or impose new conditions.
An exemption issued to a person is to be amended or revoked by notice in writing given to the person, and the amendment or revocation takes effect from the day on which the notice is given, or from a later day specified in the notice.
An exemption issued to a class of persons is to be amended or revoked by notice published in the Government Gazette, and the amendment or revocation takes effect on the day of publication, or from a later day specified in the notice.
