178 Reasons for refusal of applications
(1)
This regulation applies if the Authority refuses an application to—
(a)
make or amend an administrative determination; or
(b)
issue or amend an approval under these Regulations.
(2)
The Authority must inform the applicant in writing of the refusal and of the reasons for the refusal.
