40 UN Classes and UN Divisions of dangerous goods
The UN Class or UN Division of particular dangerous goods for the purposes of these Regulations is—
(a)
if a determination under regulation 30(1)(b) that the goods are of a particular UN Class or UN Division is in effect in relation to the goods, the UN Class or UN Division specified in the determination; or
(b)
if no such determination is in effect, the UN Class or UN Division determined for the goods in accordance with the ADG Code.
