128P Service provider to report on action taken
A service provider, who has been given notice to take action, must report in writing to the Commissioner about the action the service provider has taken to comply with the notice.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
A report under subsection (1) must be given within—
45 days of receiving the notice; or
before the end of any extension of time given under subsection (4).
A service provider may apply to the Commissioner to extend the period of time within which the report must be given.
On application under subsection (3), the Commissioner may extend the period of time within which the report must be given by no more than 15 days, if the application is made before the expiry of the time within which the report must be given.
