132D Production of identification
(1)
An authorised officer must produce the authorised officer's identification document for inspection—
(a)
before exercising a power under this Division; and
(b)
at any time during the exercise of a power under this Division, if asked to do so.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a requirement made by post.
