The Senior Practitioner must—

monitor whether the use of the regulated restrictive practices by disability service providers is in accordance with this Division; and
S. 201F(1)(b) amended by Nos 19/2019 s. 116(3), 9/2023 s. 72(1)(b).
advise the Authorised Program Officer for a disability service provider as to the intervals, not exceeding 12 months, within which the Authorised Program Officer is to provide a report on the use of regulated restrictive practices in accordance with subsection (2) to the Senior Practitioner.
A report required under subsection (1) must—
be provided within 7 days after the end of the interval advised under subsection (1);

include a record of all instances in which regulated restrictive practices were applied during the period for which the report is prepared;

specify any details required by the Senior Practitioner in respect of each use of regulated restrictive practices during the interval for which the report is prepared;

have attached a copy of the person's current treatment plan if the use of regulated restrictive practices is being continued.
