202AE Application of Part
(1)
Sections 202AB, 202AC and 202AD have effect despite any other Act or law, other than the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006.
(2)
To avoid doubt, this Part does not affect a relevant person's obligations in relation to the disclosure, use and transfer of information under the NDIS Act.
