25 Power of Senior Practitioner to delegate
Subject to this section, the Senior Practitioner may by instrument delegate to a person employed in the Department under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 any power, duty or function of the Senior Practitioner other than—
this power of delegation; or
any power conferred by section 199.
The Senior Practitioner must only delegate to a person—

who in the opinion of the Senior Practitioner has sufficient knowledge and expertise in respect of persons with a disability, NDIS participants and DSOA clients; and
who has appropriate skills and qualifications in respect of the power, duty or function being delegated.
