Docklands Act 1991

If any right in the nature of an easement or purporting to be an easement or an irrevocable licence is or has been acquired by Development Victoria under this Act, whether before or after the commencement of the Development Victoria Act 2003, the right is deemed for all purposes to be and to have been an easement even if there is no land vested in Development Victoria which is benefited by the right.
