36 Docklands Fund

Development Victoria must establish and keep a fund called the Docklands Fund.

Development Victoria must ensure that all the money received by it, or on its behalf, for the purposes of this Act is paid into the Docklands Fund.

Development Victoria may pay money out of the Docklands Fund—
to pay any costs and expenses incurred by it in exercising its functions or powers under this Act;
S. 36(3)(b) substituted by No. 74/2006 s. 18.
pursuant to an Order made under section 62;
to repay any money borrowed by it for the purposes of this Act together with any charges or interest on that money;
for any other purpose authorised by this Act.
