6 Development Victoria to represent the Crown for certain purposes
Development Victoria—
holds on behalf of the Crown any property acquired by it or vested in it under this Act (except property vested in it under Part 3A or Part 7);
represents the Crown where—
S. 6(b)(i) substituted by No. 74/2006 s. 8(1).
it does anything under this Act in relation to Crown land;
S. 6(b)(ii) repealed by No. 74/2006 s. 8(2).

by agreement under this Act, it acts for the Crown or for a public sector agency that represents the Crown—
