A person who is or was engaged in the administration of Part 5B, 5BA, 5C or 5D may disclose information obtained under, or in relation to, the administration of Part 5B, 5BA, 5C or 5D—
S. 100C(a) amended by No. 42/2025 s. 44.
(a)
in connection with the administration of Part 5B, 5BA, 5C or 5D; or
(b)
in accordance with a requirement imposed under an Act; or
(c)
to a Council.
