A Council must provide to the Secretary the following information within 7 days after receiving a notification from an owner under section 37(5), 41D(4) or 41F(3)—
(a)
the number of any prescribed permanent implantation device that was implanted in the dog;
(b)
the municipal district in which the dog resided;
(c)
the date of the dog's death (if known).
