84XC Order under section 84XA may be suspended
S. 84XC inserted by No. 8/2014 s. 25.
If the Magistrates' Court has made an order under section 84XA, it may suspend the order—
(a)
for any period which the Magistrates' Court considers necessary for the person subject to the order to make arrangements for the custody of a dog; or
(b)
pending the determination of an appeal against the order.
