95 Payment of fines
If a fine is recovered under this Act—
S. 95(a) amended by Nos 68/2009 s. 97(Sch. item 45.3), 69/2017 s. 93.
(a)
on a charge contained on a charge-sheet filed by a Council authorised officer of a Council, it shall be paid to that Council; and
S. 95(b) amended by No. 68/2009 s. 97(Sch. item 45.3).
(b)
on a charge contained on a charge-sheet filed by any other person, it shall be paid into and form part of the Consolidated Fund.
