246 Imposition of duty
This Part charges duty—
(a)
on a statement written out or caused to be written out under section 92(2)(a) of the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 by the owner or the owner's agent on the sale of pigs or pig carcases; and
S. 246(b) amended by No. 84/2008 s. 11(3).
(b)
on a return furnished by an approved agent to the Commissioner under section 95B(1) of that Act.
