4 Division of Act into Chapters
(1)
This Act is divided into Chapters, Parts and Divisions.
(2)
If a provision of this Act refers to a Chapter by number, the reference must, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to the Chapter designated by that number in this Act.
(3)
If a provision of this Act refers to a Part by a number, the reference must, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to the Part designated by that number of the Chapter in which the reference occurs.
