56 State Taxation Acts Further Amendment Act 2019—young farmers
(1)
Division 7 of Part 5 of Chapter 2, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply in respect of a transfer of dutiable property on or after that day if the contract for the transfer was entered into before that day.
(2)
In this clause—
commencement day means the day on which Division 1 of Part 2 of the State Taxation Acts Further Amendment Act 2019 comes into operation.
