89W Reporting requirements
(1)
As a condition of registration under this Division, the Commissioner may impose requirements on the trustee of the registered scheme to give the Commissioner information specified by the Commissioner about the scheme at the times required by the Commissioner.
(2)
Requirements may be imposed under subsection (1) at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.
