2.1A.40 Application to the Magistrates' Court

(1)
The Secretary may apply to the Magistrates' Court for an order under this Division.
(2)
A nominee of the proprietor of a registered school may apply to the Magistrates' Court for an order under this Division relating to a school community safety order made by an authorised person at the registered school.
