Proceedings for an order in the nature of prohibition, certiorari or mandamus or for a declaration or injunction or for any other relief do not lie in respect of the employment of, or failure to employ, a person to a position in the Principal Class, the entitlement or non-entitlement of a person to be so employed or the validity or invalidity of any such employment.

This section does not prevent a person applying to a court for review of a decision relating to the employment of a member of the Principal Class other than in relation to a matter referred to in subsection (1).
