Travelling and subsistence allowances etc.

S. 2.4.23E inserted by No. 70/2008 s. 8.

A member of the Executive Class is entitled to be paid—

(a)

any travelling or subsistence allowances; and

(b)

any allowances in relation to relocation expenses; and

(c)

any other allowances in relation to expenses incurred in the discharge of his or her duties—

in accordance with a Ministerial Order.
