2.5.15 Notice of hearing
The chief executive officer of the Authority must give a student who is required to attend a hearing before a review committee—
S. 2.5.15(a) amended by No. 2/2025 s. 9.
(a)
written notice of the hearing not less than 7 days before the hearing is due to commence; and
S. 2.5.15(b) amended by No. 2/2025 s. 9.
(b)
copies of the information and documents on which the Authority intends to rely at the hearing not less than 5 days before the hearing is due to commence.
