Notifications to Social Services Regulator

Current

The Institute must notify the Social Services Regulator of the following—

(a)

any suspension of the registration of a registered teacher under section 2.6.29A;

(b)

any revocation of the suspension of the registration of a registered teacher under section 2.6.29B;

(c)

any cancellation of the registration of a registered teacher under section 2.6.29C.
