2.6.41D Conduct of a medical panel hearing
S. 2.6.41D inserted by No. 27/2010 s. 41.
At a medical panel hearing—
(a)
the panel must hear and determine the matter before it; and
(b)
the teacher who is the subject of the hearing is entitled to be present, to make submissions and be accompanied by another person; and
(c)
the teacher has a right to legal representation at the hearing; and
(d)
the proceedings of the hearing must not be open to the public.
