2.6.6J Request for provision of further information

The Institute may request a provider of an approved initial teacher education program to provide information or material in respect of the program to the Institute for the following purposes—
to make a decision under section 2.6.6E, 2.6.6F, 2.6.6G or 2.6.6H;
to ensure that the program continues to satisfy all requirements, criteria and standards for approval as an initial teacher education program;
to ensure that the provider is complying with any conditions on the approval of the program as an initial teacher education program.
A provider of an approved initial teacher education program must comply with a request made under subsection (1).
In this section—
provider of an approved initial teacher education program includes a provider of a program or course of study applying for approval of that program or course as an initial teacher education program under this Division.
