2.6.71 Terms of office
(1)
A member of a committee, hearing panel or body established under this Part holds office for the period determined by the Council.

A member of a committee, hearing panel or body established under this Part is eligible for re‑appointment.

The Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies to a member in respect of the office of member.
