2A.2.1 Secretary may designate government early learning centre

(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Secretary may designate, by notice published in the Government Gazette, a premises to be a government early learning centre.
(2)
The premises must be a place—
(a)
that is, or is proposed to be, an education and care service premises; and
(b)
at which early childhood education and care is, or is proposed to be, provided by or on behalf of the State.
