(1)
The Vice-Chancellor of a participating dual sector university may vary a participating dual sector university response at any time.
(2)
Before varying a participating dual sector university response, the Vice-Chancellor of the participating dual sector university must consult with the Minister about the proposed variation.
(3)
The Vice-Chancellor of a participating dual sector university must give a copy of a varied participating dual sector university response to the Minister by a date determined by the Minister.
