4.3.27 Conduct of audit
(1)
A compliance audit mentioned in this Division must be conducted in accordance with any relevant national standards.
(2)
A failure to comply with subsection (1) is of no effect if the failure—
(a)
does not substantially affect the outcome of the audit; or
(b)
arises out of inconsistency between the standards mentioned in the subsection and legislation of the particular jurisdiction in relation to which the failure arises.
