4.3.8Y Register of school boarding premises

(1)
The Authority must make and keep a record of the school boarding premises that are registered by the Authority in a division of the State Register.
(2)
The record of registered school boarding premises must include—
(a)
the name of the premises; and
(b)
the name of the provider of school boarding services at the premises.
