4.7.1A Person may not conduct an unregistered school boarding premises

A person must not carry on or conduct a school boarding premises unless the school boarding premises is registered under Part 4.3.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 120 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 600 penalty units.
