4.9.4B Secretary may disclose information

The Secretary may disclose any information held by the Secretary that relates to a breach of, or failure to comply with, a government training contract by an RTO, to—
(a)
the Authority; or
(b)
a department of the Commonwealth; or
(c)
a body equivalent to the Authority in another jurisdiction that is responsible for the registration of training organisations for the purposes of vocational education and training.
