5.3A.15 False representation

A person must not wilfully make or cause to be made any false or misleading statement, or provide any false or misleading information, in any matter relating to—
(a)
the allocation of a Victorian student number; or
(b)
registration on, or access to, the Student Register.
- 10 penalty units.
