5.3A.18 Secretary may request information relating to students
S. 5.3A.18 inserted by No. 19/2008 s. 11.
For the purposes of section 5.3A.17, the Secretary may request—
S. 5.3A.18 (1)(a) amended by No. 70/2008 s. 39(1).
an education or training provider to provide the information set out in paragraphs (b) to (e) of section 5.3A.7 relating to any student who—
was enrolled with the provider immediately before the commencement date; and
is still enrolled with that provider at the date of the request; or
S. 5.3A.18 (1)(b) amended by No. 70/2008 s. 39(1).
the Authority to provide the information set out in paragraphs (b) to (e) of section 5.3A.7 relating to any student who—
was registered for home schooling immediately before the commencement date; and
is still registered for home schooling at the date of the request.
An education or training provider or the Authority must comply with any request under subsection (1) as soon as is practicable.
