5.5.15 Cancellation, suspension or variation of a training contract
(1)
The parties to a training contract may by mutual consent—
(a)
cancel the training contract; or
(b)
suspend the training contract; or
(c)
vary the provisions of the training contract.

(2)
The Authority may at any time order the cancellation or suspension of a training contract if it is of the opinion that special circumstances make the cancellation or suspension desirable.

(3)
The powers of the Authority under subsection (2) are in addition to any other powers of the Authority under this Part.
