5.5.21 Delegations to approved training agents

(1)
Without limiting the powers of the Authority under section 4.2.7, the Authority may, by instrument under its common seal, delegate to any person or body appointed as an approved training agent any power or function of the Authority under sections 5.5.6, 5.5.7, 5.5.11(2), (3) and (4), 5.5.14 and 5.5.16(2).

The Authority must ensure that a copy of an instrument of delegation under this section is published in the Government Gazette as soon as practicable after its making.
