Education and Training Reform Act 2006

If satisfied it is in the public interest to do so, the Authority may publish or cause to be published a notice containing statements or giving warnings or information about both or either of the following—

that an RTO specified in the notice is under investigation for compliance with a relevant law;

the possible risks involved in participating in activities or the kind of activities or using the services or the kind of services specified in the notice.

A notice under this section must be published in the Government Gazette and in a newspaper circulating generally throughout the State.
