Endorsement of how-to-vote cards

For the purposes of sections 79(2)(e) and 80(4)(e) of the Act, a how-to-vote card submitted for registration by the Commission must be endorsed at the foot of the card as follows—

"Registered by the Victorian Electoral Commission".
