Supply of electricity to premises

In force

An electricity supplier must not supply electricity to premises by overhead service line unless that service line is—

(a)

securely attached to the premises and to any pole that supports the service line; and

(b)

insulated in accordance with regulation 304 if required; and

(c)

is not readily accessible to any person.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.
