10 Exemption for the making of an advance care directive under the Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016
(1)
Section 7(1) of the Act does not apply to any witnessing requirement under the Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016 for the making of an advance care directive within the meaning of that Act.
(2)
Division 2 of Part 2 of the Act does not apply to any witnessing requirement under the Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016 for the making of an advance care directive within the meaning of that Act.
