59G Municipal emergency management officers
(1)
A municipal council must appoint one or more municipal emergency management officers for its municipal district.
(2)
A municipal emergency management officer is responsible for—
(a)
liaising with agencies in relation to emergency management activities for the municipal district; and
(b)
assisting in the coordination of emergency management activities for the municipal council.
