General requirement on relevant preparers

In force

A relevant preparer must ensure that—

(a)

an emergency management plan is prepared in accordance with this Act; and

(b)

any relevant guidelines issued under section 77 are had regard to in the course of preparing the emergency management plan; and

(c)

to the extent possible, the emergency management plan does not conflict with, or duplicate, any other plans in relation to emergency management that are currently in force within Australia.
