74W Guidelines
(1)
The Minister may issue guidelines for the purposes of this Part.
(2)
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), guidelines may be made for or with respect to the following—
(a)
criticality assessment methodology;
(b)
emergency risk management planning processes;
(c)
the conduct of exercises;
(d)
audit processes.
(3)
Guidelines issued under this section must not be inconsistent with any regulations made under this Act.
