78 Assurance framework
On and from the day on which section 87 of the Emergency Management Legislation Amendment Act 2018 comes into operation—
(a)
for the purposes of Part 7, a monitoring and assurance framework referred to in that Part (as in force immediately before that day) is taken to be an assurance framework; and
(b)
unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to a monitoring and assurance framework in any Act (other than this Act), subordinate instrument or other document is taken to be construed as a reference to an assurance framework.
